Pike Central Middle/High School Athletics

Varsity vs South Spencer High School Jv- went 3 sets and lost the third set 13-15. They played well, but just couldn't pull out a win in the end. They will travel to Forest Park tomorrow for a JV tournament. Elle Wiscaver played a great game and had multiple aces. Zoey Haycraft also played well at the net and served well too. Varsity-Lost 19-25 8-25 14-25 We just couldn't get it going on our side. We struggled with serve receive and consistently hitting. We did have some really scrappy digs and plays that South Spencer wasn't ready for. As a team we had 6 aces, 13 kills, 5 blocks (we did great with blocks last night), 56 digs.
