Pike Central Middle/High School Athletics

The boys track team had some strong showings at the Pocket Athletic Conference meet yesterday at Princeton. The boys 4x400 m Relay team (Gayhart, Aydelott, Houchin, Knight) finished in 6th place with an improved school record time of 4:08.65. 8th grader Taylor Russell placed 8th in the 1,600m, and 7th in the 800m Run-. Wyatt Knight placed 7th in the 400m dash and 2nd in Pole Vault. Kole Aydelott placed 8th in Pole Vault, and Wyatt Gayhart improved his own school record and placed 4th in the 300 m Hurdles with a time of 46.62! Great job Chargers!
