Pike Central Middle/High School Athletics

The Pike Central Cross Country teams competed in the Heritage Hills Cross Country Invitational on Saturday morning. The girls team came away with a 3rd place team finish and had several girls on the podium. Both teams had some individuals set some season pr's as well. Finishing for the Charger Boys were: Taylor Russell 39th (20:12), Quintin McCormick 53rd (21:23), and Jacob Harker 73rd (23:52). Finishing for the Charger Girls were: Alyssa McCutchan 5th (20:55), Emiley Riker 7th (21:14), Kylee Weathers 11th (22:06), Kylie Meyer 21st (23:16), Audrey Whitehead 22nd (23:18), Avery Adams 32nd (25:00), Eva Cox 33rd (25:17), Kinley Blackwell 45th (27:55), Channing Sorgius 51st (28:38), and Lydia Abel 54th (30:08).
