Pike Central Middle/High School Athletics

Our team played OK in the first half and had chances to score, but we really lacked the final play to get it over the line. We gave up an early goal on a header by #16. We then had a ball that didn't get cleared and they hit into side net. It was 2-0 @ half. We changed things up and played great soccer the 2 nd half. Ava Aaserud scored 30 seconds into the half, and we kept pressure teh rest of the way. Ava also scored a second goal on an assist by Trinity LeMond. If anyone was gonna score a 3rd goal I think it would have been us. We had the momentum and just outplayed them tge 2nd half. Varsity vs South Knox High School (2-2) Tie
